Realty Listings provides a means for real estate professionals to have an easy to use internet solution for their property listings.

Our customized database can be used by all real estate professionals. Agencies can list all their brokers. Individual realtors can list their properties for sale.

A customized version of this Realty Listings is available for viewing at A1 Realty Listings which includes Custom entrance and support pages.

Visitors: - Can view all listings. They must signup as a member to reply to listings and view contact information.

Members: - Members Signup and complete a registration form so email options will contain their contact information.

Professionals: - Professionals Signup and complete a registration form so their contact information will appear in all their listings. Use the member password "Demo" which is required to signup.

4 relational databases (Member registration, Realty Professionals, Property, Rentals)

Fee based listings - property and rentals
Display short listing which leads to full record
Records will not be displayed until validated by the database administrator.
Customized private email functions
Admin notified of records added
Customized search forms
Top Viewed (all but member)

Multiple Image Upload (all but member)
Confirmation to user when record added (cost included for Property & Rentals)
Customized Send record options (varies depending on user)

Please note: Email functions will not operate on this server. Records which are usually validated by admin before being displayed to the public will be automatically displayed. Admin function disabled.
