A1 Realty Listings Listing Fees:
Listings are run by the month (choosing the duration by number of days).
If your Property is sold prior to the expiration date, simply modify your record and mark your listing as SOLD to prevent further replies. The displays will show as "Sold".
Fees vary depending on the site section and duration chosen. Use the following as a guide in determining your listing fees.

All Listings and Advertising must be prepaid! What does this mean when posting a listing? Once you signup/register, you can immediately place your listing(s).
Once you have added your record you will receive a confirmation of your addition via email. Save this as your receipt.
Once you payment is received your listing will be validated and available to visitors. At that time your record will be modified to show the correct start and expiration dates.
Listings will normally appear on the web site within one (1) day following receipt of your payment confirmation.
Front Page Advertising
Receive great exposure by placing your logo button on the front page of A1 Realty Listings. Your graphic must be 125 wide x 90 high max. and less then 5K.

Email Advertising is a way to get a message out to many people. Your advertisement can a business advertisement, or a tip from your web site or profession, etc.
You will have the option of displaying your email listing in either the Property Listings, Rental Listings, Professional Listings, or Member databases. This provides a means of targeting your audience.
The email that is generated from A1 Realty Listings is sent during: listing confirmation, responding to listings, validating records, and sending a copy of a record. Email advertisements are displayed in random order amongst all current advertisements.

Banner Advertising provides the opportunity to display your banner within the footer of all A1 Realty Listings pages. It will be displayed in random order with all current banner advertisements. Your banners will also be rotated within all databases.
Banner specifications are 400 wide by 40 height in pixels. Maximum bytes is 10K or less
The cost of Banner Advertising is $30 / month prepaid.
